This article will teach you how to import large amounts of data as Asset Properties at once. Make sure you read the following article on Asset Properties before reading this article: How to Manage your Org's Asset Properties


  1. Hover over Apps and click Asset Properties


  2. Then you must:
    1. Select a Building
    2. Select an Asset Group
    3. Select an Asset Property Group
    4. Click Initialize

  3. You are now ready to start importing your data. 
    Note: You can also copy-paste your data directly from Excel into the import sheet on the page.


    1. In the leftmost column, enter the exact name of the desired Assets. You may also select them by double-clicking in the cell.
    2. Then, input your values.

  4. Once you have confirmed that the data has been entered correctly, click Submit.
