Please select your desired option.  If you haven't created a checklist yet, you must do so before creating questions.



Editing the Checklist Title

  1. Hover over the Manage tab near the top of the page and click Checklists when the drop-down menu appears.

  2. Click the checklist’s name.

  3. Click Edit Item.

  4. Edit the Title.

  5. Click Save.



Editing the Questions/Instructions

  1. Hover over the Manage tab near the top of the page and click Checklists when the drop-down menu appears.

  2. Click the double-arrow icon on the left under the Select column beside the desired checklist.

  3. Click the edit icon under the Edit column in the Questions/Instructions section at the bottom.

  4. Edit the information you want to change.

  5. Click Save when done.
