Please select your desired option. If you haven't created a checklist yet, you must do so before creating questions.
Hover over the Apps tab near the top of the page and click Checklist Builder when the drop-down menu appears. (Note: It may be called under "Checklists" and found under the "Manage" tab, depending on your configuration.)
Click the checklist’s name.
Click Edit Item.
Edit the Title.
Hover over the Manage tab near the top of the page and click Checklists when the drop-down menu appears. (Note: It may be found under "Checklist Builder" under the "Apps" tab)
Click the edit icon under the Edit column in the Questions/Instructions section at the bottom.
Edit the information you want to change.
Click Save when done.
