There are 2 ways of editing assets:

Desktop

  1. From anywhere, click Assets.
     

  2. Click the Edit icon under the Edit column of the desired Asset.
     

  3. Edit the information you want to change.

  4. Click Save when done.

Mobile

(Back to the top)

  1. Open the BuiltSpace website through your device’s mobile browser and login if prompted (www.builtspace.com/m).

  2. Input the following information:
    Tip: If the asset information is already in BuiltSpace, you can skip to step 4.
    1. Select Building: Select a building.
    2. All Floors: Select a floor (this helps narrow down the Space drop-down).
    3. Select a Space: Select a Space (this helps narrow down the Asset drop-down).
    4. Select an Asset: Select an existing asset.

  3. Click the green arrow under the Log Out button located in the top-right corner.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Edit the information you want to change.

  6. Click Save when done.
