This article will show you how you can use the Service Summary Report (SSR) feature inside BuiltSpace.  The SSR is a reporting tool used to generate a list of service records for a Building or a Building Group.

  1. From your Org Site, click the Service Summary Report Button.
     

  2. Click Add New Item.
     
    Refer to the picture below for help with steps 3-7: 

  3. Select a Building Group and/or Building in the drop-down menu.

  4. Select how you would like to filter the records using the Task Status drop-down menu.

  5. Select how you would like to sort your results using the Sort By drop-down menu.

  6. Adjust the date range.

  7. Click Filter Tasks.
