This article will show you how you can use the Service Summary Report (SSR) feature inside BuiltSpace. The SSR is a reporting tool used to generate a list of service records for a Building or a Building Group.
From your Org Site, click the Service Summary Report Button.
Click Add New Item.
Refer to the picture below for help with steps 3-7:
Select a Building Group and/or Building in the drop-down menu.
Select how you would like to filter the records using the Task Status drop-down menu.
Select how you would like to sort your results using the Sort By drop-down menu.
Adjust the date range.
Click Filter Tasks.
